About Us
Creative physical therapy care started in 2018. We are located in Rockland county, New York State. We provide in-home therapy to those who are unable to get outpatient therapy in a clinic. We accept most of the major insurances (Medicare, Medicaid, out of network private insurances). Our NY licensed therapists are equipped with essential tools to best help their patients.
Wadeaa (Eddie) Ibrahimm, PT
Founder
Eddie graduated from Cairo University in 2013. He received his Physical Therapy Licence from New York in 2017. Ibrahimm has experience with home care for 5 years along with outpatient therapy.
